Huh--we've never heard that before. Everyone just says he looks exactly like Mavis. We even have a set of baby pictures of Mavis in our living room, and visitors often assume they are of the Wizard until they notice that they're old pictures.

He looks like Jana! Isn't it weird how genes get passed around! When Elle was born she looked like Krista's baby pictures!
