My friend & I hosted a Thanksgiv...Hi JaneAnne-<br /><br />My friend & I hosted a Thanksgiving-dinner-the-day-after this year, and she made this turkey. We left off the salt-pork, because I don't eat pork. It was a pain in the butt in some ways, the whole transfering a mostly cooked turkey part, and before trying it, we thought- eh, not worth it.<br /><br />and then we tasted it.
